This probably one of the cutest outfits I've ever made. The bloomers are the exact same print as the lily pads. Add a monogram on the dress or bloomers to make it even cuter!

This is one of my most-requested outfits. The black at the bottom can also be done as a ruffle, and matching bloomers are available in either black or hot pink with polka dots.
